   Recipes for nutrifying the Good Life


                     JUST PEACHY SMOOTHIE

                        Eat right, stay in the light, and everything will be all right!




1- 10 ounce bag of frozen peaches

1- Banana

1/2 cup Oat Milk

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1/2 package Olivia's Power Greens or 2 handfuls, one each of spinach and kale

2- Medjul dates, pitted and roughly chopped

1- Tablespoon Bob's Red Mill Golden Ground flaxseed

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dash of Cinnamon

1- teaspoon AMLA Powder

1- Scoop of Joel Furhmans's Pro-Boost Powder

1- Scoop OM Mushroom Master Blend

Order of Battle:

Break up the banana and put in bottom of your fabulous Vitamix blender;

add oat and almond milks, Pro Boost, Om Master Blend,  AMLA powder, chopped dates, power greens, flaxseed, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and frozen peaches.

Blend until smooth and pour into 2 tall glasses.
